Our Downtown Gilbert location has the best patio in town. Bring the whole family to enjoy a burger inside our brewery, then head to the park to play a lawn game or listen to live music. We have a full bar and an enormous T. This new space has everything you could possibly want: live music, cornhole, arcade games, burgers off the grill… even a dog park! Pat had a background in the music business. Brian had years of experience in bar and restaurant management with a proven track record, creating owning and operating numerous successful bars, restaurants, and clubs. Our paths all converged while working at one of those establishments. Jon began as a door guy and quickly advanced, transitioning into roles as a bartender and manager until finally joining Brian in overseeing operations. Similarly, Pat made his mark as a sound guy, showcasing his talent for creating an exceptional atmosphere and booking bands while also being a musician. Driven by our shared joy of uniting people through food, drinks, and experiences, we knew we wanted to go beyond simply serving drinks. We aimed to create them and wanted our guests to be part of that magic too. Inspired by the burgeoning craft beer movement and the innovative spirit of homebrewers, we envisioned a neighborhood gathering spot that embodied the thrill of a small brewery. After years of research, we set out to do what we believed no one had done before.

The neighborhood park is an expansion of the brewery and is a massive outdoor playground for adults, kids, and dogs to enjoy. When I say, family, that of course includes your dog too. There will be a variety of activities seven days a week, including cornhole competitions, meet and mingle nights, and puppies and pints events. You can even reserve a party pod for your gang. The grand opening of the new park is at 5 p. Gilbert Road. Summer hours are Sundays through Thursdays from 5 p. To learn more, click here!
