I'm English, no Spanish unfortunately. Called ,they answered quickly but it was a spanish recorded message which I did not understand. My Spanish friend listened to the message and told me to input my phone number and wait. After doing this I got an English message giving options for customer service or technical dept. All good after that, the problem was corrected. If I cannot understand the initial message, what chance do I have of knowing to input my phone number??!!
