A brand new game mode is coming to League of Legends , in the form of a 2v2v2v2 mode. With a desire to get players quickly into champion vs champion combat , the developers are hoping this new mode will become a fan favorite. This page acts as a comprehensive breakdown of all the details surrounding the new 2v2v2v2 mode coming to League of Legends. In this new mode, four teams of two will pick champions and be paired against another team in several deathmatch-style rounds. Champions will progress in power over the game, gaining items, levels, and special powers called Augments in between the combat rounds. Teams are eliminated after losing enough rounds, allowing you to queue up immediately. There aren't many specifics that are completely locked about the mode, as it is still in the development stage. Augments are significant power ups that are intended to create unique builds for champions.

It brings a breath of fresh air to the game: allowing 4 teams of 2 to battle against one another in a series of matches to come out victorious. As this game mode consists of 2 champions per team and is a relatively quick game, it is paramount that you pick champions that work well with one another. At the end of the day, the enemy will pick champions that work well together, so you should too! If you want to learn extra tips and tricks to play any of these champions, head over to their champion page. The first duo on our list is a strong bottom lane duo in League of Legends. Rell will be the tank, while Samira will dish out all the damage. This comp is really easy.
