The absolutely gorgeous grounds of the hotel are embellished by brightly colorful tropical flowers of all sorts of shapes and sizes. While relaxing on one of our hammocks, you can enjoy the tranquil yet stunning view of the bay. The personal service, the amenities, the room, the food everything about this place is fabulous. The owner, Marleny was the most gracious, friendly woman we have met in a long time. We are wildlife photographers, and the guides she set us up with spotted more than we dreamed of to take pictures of. We look forward to spending many more vacations building memories at this gem! It took me a long time to realize I was no longer on the shore of Drake Bay and expect to see it out of the window still. On the morning we left we had a yellow king bird sitting on a post 10 yards from our chalet and 15 yards the other an impressive pale eagle with a fierce looking beak and similar expression. Our visit to you was the making of our trip to Costa Rica and we are finding very hard indeed to settle back into English life. You have really managed a formula for your guests so that they have the most enjoyable and comfortable time possible.
