After a successful launch in the United States, Macca's is introducing a brand new 'adult' menu item here in Australia. After more than 25 years the fast food chain is bringing back McNugget Buddies. Who for the first time ever will come with their own trading cards. Designed in partnership with artist and street style icon, Kerwin Frost, the nostalgic '90s icons have had a modern makeover. Frost designed the pieces with the idea that everyone should feel free to express themselves, with each McNugget Buddy bringing a unique wardrobe, personality and hobby. The collection includes Don Bernice, a wise stylist and the fashion designer for all the Buddies and Waffutu, the curious optimist raised by the whole neighbourhood who's known to spread positivity wherever she goes. Uptown Moe is the neighbourhood hero, a no-nonsense supportive guy from around the block that everyone loves. BRRRICK is the cool guy of the group, known as the adventurous buddy who lives to speak in puns, while Darlia is the soft spoken dreamer pursuing her goals of becoming a singer. And finally, the last buddy of the group is Kerwin Frost, the mayor and true champion of the crew that encourages each of them to be themselves.
