This classic British dessert is quick and easy to prepare and can be made in advance and stored in the freezer. Add the apples, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, spices, and lemon juice in a medium baking dish and toss to combine. Place in the oven to bake for minutes, or until the apples are tender and the juices are bubbling. Rub the butter in with your fingertips until the mixture looks like large breadcrumbs.
