Kat and Alfie later head to Walford East, where Alfie explains his prostate cancer diagnosis to Tommy. Panicked, Phil accosts Alfie about Emma afterwards — keen to know if he intends to tell Kat now that she knows about his illness anyway. Alfie insists he has no interest in telling Kat the truth given the current situation, but will he stick to his word?
