Anyway, I am not sure, but what I think TheOptimiser meant was that if Futaba is gonna end with Touma, then what is the point of dragging this manga, and give false hope to Kou x Futaba fans. I hope it ends fairly soon, though. At this point, after all she has been doing, she will seriously look quite bitchy if she goes back to Kou. Futaba x Touma disgusts me A LOT and I would be so disappointed if they end up together which I think it's almost impossible , it's way too forced. Plus, like you all mentioned, it wasn't like Futaba had clear knowledge that Kou liked her. LittleStar - Oct 11, Kou X Murao would make a really interesting couple, and that would actually be a realistic couple. Nasty cliff-hanger that!

I really liked it in the beginning - I thought Futaba was a really interesting character and the plot was good. You have no hope of ever getting together with the guy you really love, right? Well, realistically speaking, sure, first loves and childhood sweethearts are not always the ending guys or girls, but if you use that same line of thinking, then what is the point of reading this manga since realistically speaking high school relationships are also doomed to fail, so realistically speaking there is a high probability that no matter who Futaba chooses now, she may not end up marrying him in the future. On the other hand, I am actually a bit disappointed with the mangaka, I mean what the hell is she doing, she is ruining every single character of this manga. Getting into a relationship in order to get over someone is never a good idea. Okay, is it just me or am I the only one who thinks that Futaba bought the matching straps for Toma and her just to make him feel at ease and only did it halfheartedly? Futaba didn't hug Touma back even though he hugged her Touma isn't exactly a perfect saint you know, having your girlfriend hanging with her friends and even her first crush shouldn't incite jealousy or control-freak tendencies specially since Touma doesn't know Kou likes her , but it does with him.
