We made a simple free phone call from the arrival hall and were picked up without any problem at Auckland Airport by one of their shuttle buses and taken to their off site location. Our agent was a very nice guy called Daniel who went over everything in our booking. We had already opted for a reasonable sized car, wanting some comfort for the many miles we were facing but Daniel suggested a slight upgrade to a larger vehicle. What a great suggestion and good decision, as the comfort and size of our car has been one of the unexpected highlights of our holiday, especially when travelling on some of the unsurfaced roads that you come across now and then. We looked forward to every journey and had plenty of space to transport our stuff around New Zealand.
