Internet connection is strong. Have restarted Xfinity X1 box multiple times and have emptied locally stored app data from Xfinity X1 box.

I've also noticed some random stuttering every few minutes, it's minor but noticeable when watching any Live channels on the FX Now app as well, that I don't notice if I'm watching on my computer.
