Ark server timeout

So I setup my own dedicated server on my PC I have no problem joining which makes sense as it's on my computer but my friend keeps getting connection timeout every time he try's to join is this a normal thing for people?

Hi, a week ago I started playing ark using Ark Server Manager with my friends but yesterday when I tried to make a server I was the only one that could connect because anyone else who tried connecting would get "Connection timeout", so another friend of mine tried making the server and again the same issue, he was the only one that could connect to the server and anyone else who tried connecting got "Connection timeout". I've tried to delete everything that had anything to do with Ark Server Manager and reintall it and nothing changed. If you have any fix I would like to hear it. How are you? I had this problem until this afternoon. DO NOT change it. My EpicGames Ark friends weren't able to join my server before that and now we're playing without any problem, bug, lag, etc Hope this helps. Thats because of Epic. You need to login through singeplayer.
