A couple weeks ago I showed an Indian visitor the city of Mechelen, which is about half way between Brussels and Antwerp and built around the Dijle River. Mechelen is in the southern part of the Antwerp province in Belgium. Mechelen is a good-size town: small enough to get a fair impression of the town in a couple hours walking around, yet not too big that you need all day. We decided however to go there only for an evening sightseeing walk before settling down for dinner. L'Artista is located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Mechelen. Wonderful place for pizza as you visit the city or enjoy the sites.

We have celebrated wedding anniversaries, special birthdays, mothers and fathers days, engagements, baby showers, Christmas parties, christenings, first communions, bar mitzvahs, etc… we are hard-pressed to find an event we have not done yet. You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, balloons, etc. We also hold many corporate lunches and dinners, including Christmas office parties. Watford is a core city of many smaller affluent residential areas. It is a place where families are made to feel most welcome.

Great owner great wood fire oven pizza. Edit: the owner did me a solid even after I called him to tell him the order was wrong which ended up being my mistake! This pizzeria is definitely worth 5 stars. The pizza was amazing - chewy, yet crisp and super flavorful. Wow, you MUST try them. Nick, the owner, is a genuine guy - you can tell he cares about people and not just as customers. FYI; This is a cash only, takeout

Cuisines: Pizza. Is this your restaurant? Click to add your description here. The restaurant smelt amazing and looked great. The gentleman was extremely kind and gave us a courtesy cookie. The pizza was slightly burnt but maybe that's the way Napoleon style pizza is suppose to be but it taste amazing and healthy!
