Acknowledging the role of relationships in our well-being and that many issues can be interpersonal in nature, my work emphasizes interpersonal skill development and attachment theory. Overall, I seek to collaboratively develop an approach and a toolset that you can use independently outside of sessions. Some therapists are more comfortable addressing the immediate problem, while others want to focus on the deeper issue. Which are you?
