Ask mr robot used Gear Helper and Mr. Robots stats and ilvl. After looking up Gear Helper though, it seems it works with stat weights. Which my 2 brain cells have heard are an outmoded way to look at stats.

Stat weights don't handle balancing stats well - it doesn't matter which simulator you use, that's the nature of stat weights.
