Maybe this is a case of tomato tomato you READ that The Atari AC supplies are good and reliable, you don't have to fear them frying anything.

I own two diskdrives but haven't got a power supply for any of them, I also own an XL and two 's. I guess not but I'll ask anyway to be sure. The XL and XE do use the same power supply.
