I use it all the time, it is a complex piece of software and has a huge number of configuration settings so it does take a while to get the hang of but I expect once you get it running as you want it, you will never look back. Biggest plus point is the huge number of accents, automatically associated with appropriate airlines, and their countries for ATC. Second biggest plus point is that it uses realistic transition levels rather than around the world although you can modify them all to or what you like if you want! Biggest negative point is that the recordings were made many years ago so they do not include recent airlines. In theory they could be created like EditVoicePack but the sheer number of voices make that an unpalatable idea. This product has the best support I have ever come across whether for Flight Simulator or other subjects through the forum there, and an incredibly detailed manual which would probably last you through a transatlantic flight! Also, after landing when switched to Ground, the menu presented is invariably the taxi out menu, not the taxi in one, so I cannot call ground for taxi instructions to a gate because the menu does not have the appropriate choice. I have tried changing the heading by one degree on the MAP page, as suggested by Tom Gibson of California Classics but it did not make any difference.

I like PFE better because it has far more regional voice sets for the controllers and AI pilots than does RC, which increases the realism and immersion factors for me, and works seamlessly with their other "must have" IMHO software, Flight Deck Companion. However, I used Radar Contact for quite a long time though, and there are many here who will argue with me that it is superior. With either one, I don't feel you can lose.
