I came with friends a few weeks ago and was inspired. There were lovely walks to wend one's way around and a profusion of very pretty late-blooming spring flowers growing gorgeously and in abundance. A casual day out walking paths and looking at various plants and fauna, although nothing to really rave about. The ponds were nice and the site is clean, but a walk-through the Centennial Gardens in t First time visit to Cherry Blossom Festival and to the gardens. Had ticket to first session on the first Saturday. Caught train to Auburn station and travelled on first free shuttle bus to the garde Ruined by commercialism indeed! A money making business. Rude marshalling guys who would not allow us to take photos. Loudly told us off and said keep moving. Why else do people pay to go to a cherry In the latter half of August, we have a cherry blossom festival.

The main attraction of Auburn Botanic Gardens is the spectacular Japanese Garden, with a waterfall, decorative red bridges and ornamental trees set around a large, eerily green lake. The Japanese Garden in Auburn is exceptionally beautiful, especially when the cherry blossoms are blooming between mid-August and early September and when Auburn Botanic Gardens host their famous Cherry Blossom Festival.

There are no rough crowds, no retail vendors, and you can enjoy the beauty in front of you in a quiet narration, and remember the wonderful encounter when traveling in Japan. The Japanese park is not big, the structure is compact and the design is reasonable, and some paths and porches and stone steps have added fun. Christmas Day, closed.

The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in this park, and the children feel the anger hidden in the petals and reach for it. When you go out of the Japanese park, there will be some lawns or places for activities, suitable for family and friends to rest and entertain here. Liked by 8. This rating is based on the rating of this museum on several other platforms. I don't see too many cherry blossoms in the garden. There are peacocks, ostriches and kangaroos inside. It used to be five yuan per person. Ruined by commercialism indeed!
