First Eight suites each featuring a personal locker, vanity unit, and mirror. The seat converts into 79" long flat-bed. Surrounds are finished in hand double stitched leather with a polished lacquer finished table. Each seat has a small drawer to store your personal items. The video display is a double hinged unit allowing direct viewing from a variety of angles. Note, the display must be stowed during take-off and landing. Airplane Boeing British Airways with 4 classes and seats on board. Use airplane seat map to find which ones are more comfortable and which should be avoided. My flight in November was to Dubai on the new A with the new Club seating. There was no First on this configuration, which i normally take. I found the new Club seating to be incredibly cramped, little stowage space and very claustrophobic. The screen is too close and the table broke my nails trying to operate. The whole feeling is of serried rows being packed in like sardines The lunch service took over 4 hours, lots of apologies from the crew who were struggling having to serve each passenger individually. Now travel First to Abu Dhabi in old to avoid. Bring back First BA!

Seat 30 A is a standard World Traveller seat that is missing a window and has extra legroom, however, the protrusion of the exit door might be bothersome. The food was good but limited in variety and they ran out of things after serving first class and the forward business class sections. Food was worse than any I have had in Economy on other airlines and service was poor - not even coffee for breakfast on a 14 hour flight! I was very disappointed with the economy seats on the Boeing , I was in seat 33C, having not flown long haul for several years, the last time being on a Malaysia , I felt for a flight of 13 hours the seat pitch and width were totally inadequate. Other airlines are doing that, especially in business class. Almost all business class seats in this configuration have similar issues. This is a window seat, but the window is over your left shoulder. I have been flying with the same backpack for years and this is the first time I have not been able to fit it under the seat in front. Maybe it was the flying direction but even the windows were hot to the touch. There is little or no footfall between Club and First and it is further from potential galley noise than row 7. The dimming windows must bave been uograded, since unlime other reviews they could be dimmed to being practically blackout. Smells every time the door opens, congregating passengers, etc This really is a disaster of an aircraft. He reported that the legroom was wonderful but the seat is extremely narrow, as reported by others, because of the equipment in the armrest.

Seat 21 K is a standard World Traveller Plus seat that is missing a window and the proximity to the lavatories might be bothersome. Dreadful seat, no window simply a blank wall. The entertainment system was very good, food was just ok. Normal recline which crew allowed us to keep reclined for takeoff and landing as no one behind you , Legroom was fine but we found the seats so narrow, hard to get comfortable and I am small! Maybe other airlines have the better laid out but I was underwhelmed by the whole thing. They only have USB power. The lunch service took over 4 hours, lots of apologies from the crew who were struggling having to serve each passenger individually. No reason not to be happy. Flew Toronto to Heathrow and could not feel my legs when I landed, if the seats infront of your row are reclined then forget trips to the bathroom. Lots of extra room around the window seat for bags, pillow etc. Nice aircraft but if you have to fly economy thing again. I will chose another airline the next time I fly such a long distance.
