The Balance of Power questline artifact appearance rewards are now account-wide. After unlocking the base appearance, the criteria for additional color variants such as the Glory of the Legion Hero and Unleashed Monstrosities achievements may be completed on any character to earn the appearances. Is unlocking the base appearance account wide, or just the alternate appearances like Glory of the Legion hero after a specific toon completes the Balance of Power quest line? The way it is worded in the PTR development notes is confusing. Because IIRC they already made the alt appearances account wide no? Or was that just for the base artifact appearances? The wording sounds like just the alt skins.

Comment by Hasizae Doing this right now again for a new alt as I want the artefact skins before Shadowland and well, this is what I gathered - You will need to get revered reputation with Nightfallen and Valarjar so before you even get started you can do worldquests and so on, cause the quest line only did not suffice at least for me.
