Best answer: As far as I've experienced, the nudity in the game is contained to optional sex scenes and the portion of character creation where you're configuring your character's bodily characteristics. I doubt the game experience would have changed much with the censor settings on. That said, if you're worried about not-family-safe content, the game is fully voiced and there's a whole lot of talk about murder and other dark themes on the violence side of the spectrum, so headphones might be a good idea.
