McCarigie was charged with meth trafficking, possession of controlled substances, drug paraphernalia possession, and condition release violation. Lowder was located and allegedly admitted to coming up with the idea to engage the victim in prostitution, and also admitted to engaging in sexual activity with the victim on multiple occasions.
