If you harvest the rings in the tutorial world high up where you fly the Elytra through and the 2 layer premade diamond beacon down the bottom first, you can complete this with Achievement using these materials alone in the following configuration : 9x9 base - Diamond Blocks 7x7 layer - Emerald Blocks 5x5 layer - Gold Blocks 3x3 layer - Emerald Blocks Finish with the beacon on the top middle and boom, achievement complete.
