When we heard it contained fudge-covered waffle cone pieces and a caramel swirl, we were intrigued, but still skeptical of the final product. But the first time we tried it, we were in love. I had some that were PACKED with mix-ins and others that were missing key components to bring it all together; but fortunately there were no outright flops. With all of the new, exciting flavors out there, Chunky Monkey just doesn't really cut it anymore. It's a clever combination of coconut and caramel with a generous sprinkle of fudgy flakes and shortbread; a nutty, equatorial celebration in a pint.
