Breakfast was muffins in baggies, when we spoke to management about this, they claimed they could not hire any help, nobody wanted the job. Then they told us we could have booked the room for less if we booked directly through the hotel instead of using booking. There is no excuse for that hotel to be in that condition and I will never use booking.
