Enable achievements with certain mods. Joined: Sep Assassin OP. I would like to be able to use mods that do not change gameplay or at least don't change your ability to get achievements, fight battles etc. The game Crusader Kings 2 for instance accomplishes this by letting certain folders in its game files be allowed to be modified while still enabling achievements, such as the graphics and localisation folders. An alternative, since that game uses mostly text files, is to just check certain mods and allow them manually. Reason: Changing formatting.

I've installed the Script Extender correctly, and made sure to download and extract it using the BG3 Mod Manager, AND have the Enable Achievements preference ticked in the Script Extender settings, and my achievements still aren't working. I've tested it with playing fetch with Scratch, and the Bottoms Up achievement, and nothing happening. I can't use the Achievements mod on Nexus as the creator has set that mod to disable when it detects the Script Extender, and I can't get rid of the Script Extender as I need it for some of my mods, so ideally I want to get the Script Extender working properly. In BG3 , modding does disable achievements — kind of. Some mods trigger a warning from the BG3 launcher, while others get a pass. Plus, the fan-made tools working around the toggle. Yes, some BG3 mods do disable achievements. Larian explains how to import mods on your own, but some folks prefer the ease of a file management tool. How do you know if BG3 mods are turned off?

Having been in early access since late , there are already hundreds of mods for Baldur's Gate 3. Some offer minor quality-of-life updates or tiny tweaks and changes to the way that the game looks or runs, but the very best Baldur's Gate 3 mods can completely transform the experience for players. To say that figs's Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Fixer is one of the best Baldur's Gate 3 mods seems like a bit of an understatement. It's more of an essential mod, really, given that it is required to make a lot of the game's other popular mods function as their creators originally intended.

Some mods trigger a warning from the BG3 launcher, while others get a pass. I've installed the Script Extender correctly, and made sure to download and extract it using the BG3 Mod Manager, AND have the Enable Achievements preference ticked in the Script Extender settings, and my achievements still aren't working. Deleting the Mods and the Mod Enabler didn't fix it.

Now that I got bored of the mod , I deleted everything and resumed from my previous un-altered game. Reload to refresh your session. If that doesn't work you may have to sell your soul.
