A general fear is noticeable, but nobody will really talk about the killings, and it remains nothing but a rumor. When the right conditions have been met see this section on how to trigger , the body of the Candlehearth Hall barmaid, Susanna the Wicked , will appear, surrounded by witnesses, in the graveyard. I've talked to Jorleif and the woman in the Hall of the Dead, but now I can't get the story to progress any further. When I check the quest objectives, it shows that I need to talk to Jorleif and check out the murder scene something along those lines and I have quest objective arrows that appear above Jorleif and the murder scene. Jorleif conversation topics have nothing to do with the murder and when I go to the murder scene nothing happens. I've tried talking to the guard standing at the murder scene and clicking the blood spot with the objective arrow above it, but nothing is happening. I'm assuming that I'm just going to have to hope for a patch to fix it, but didn't know if someone else came across this and found a way to get the quest moving along. Any help would be appreciated.
