The owners are very helpful and made us feel like family upon arrival.

Those of you who follow our blog know that it has been a chaotic year. More than once we had to cancel plans and campground bookings and scramble for a place to park. While we may not have been able to always book the place we wanted. But sometimes you get lucky. We were not able to make plans for the winter until early October.

Hours above shown for Pacific Time Zone. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed each one, the wild horse came and visited us each day. The sites are right on the Klamath River. The camp hosts were fabulous, we are going back in May - I rate them This was our third time staying at Blue Heron. We stayed for only 1 night as we were traveling North on I Sites are really huge. Full hook-ups and right on the Klamath River! Highly recommend. Nice park that is set up for motor homes that pull straight into the site for a view out their front window.
