A couple of days ago I had to re-install blueyonder email. The Mac email works fine, the Blueyonder is giving me problems, at first it got the mail ok, then after that it stopped working, kept asking for the password, then I got a message saying there is a serious fault and that it's not a pop address, blueyonder email, I should change the Gmail settings.

Her husband died recently and the loss of access to email was "a complete and utter nightmare". My email is my lifeline.
