I have a X3 and the pad or cover is coming off the glove box. Does this mean I need to replace the cover or can I reglue successfully and get it to stay? Is replacing difficult? You could try to reglue but the piece might be warped. Mine is doing the same thing Wondering what to do about it.

I was curious if anyone here has attempted to repair the glove box door. Mine has delaminated to while everything works fine, it just doesnt look very good. I thought about just trying some epoxy or gorilla glue and clamping it to see if it would hold.

The material covering the glove compartment is warping at its sides, and coming off. It looks terrible. I should've had this fixed before I bought this car 3 years ago. It showed signs back then of peeling off, but the problem has worsened. Frankly, I don't know what I was thinking— they should've taken care of it. With another child on the way I'm not about to pay a ton of money to fix this, but want it done just the same.

Bringing the BMW community together. Picked up some gorilla glue on Friday, and some clamps and gave it an attempt to fixing it. Since it's just double sided tape, it was extremely easy to apply.
