I have had no complaints about service until this past Sunday. My phone dropped out of my pocket as I was getting out of the cab. I noticed as soon as the car drove away. I called thinking it would be an easy turnaround and yet the male dispatcher had me in tears within minutes. He was rude , dismissive and told me unless the driver agreed to come back there was nothing to be done. Luckily the driver brought it back to me. I am a Very disappointed customer. Nice drivers. Good service. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would.
