I found this seat to be narrow and not anything like what I expected on a Dreamliner. The crew was great and the extra humidity and lower altitude pressurization of the Dreamliner makes a big difference in the way you feel after the flight. Even with a lav right behind these two seats, not an iota of passenger noise with a full first class section nor any galley noise was heard during the 4 hours.
