And I had no intention of making a sequel for I Will Survive since my fan comics are all independent of each other. Their content made me think these people are right to complain that the story called for a continuation. True, similar complaints had come before, but at the time I was really annoyed by all those aggressive, personal remarks and idiotic threats, not to mention the jerks who filled the spaces for commentaries with rubbish like the full " Cars " script and the like. The result is that I didn't have the slightest interest in creating new Zootopia fan comics, especially an IWS sequel, even though I had some ideas in mind.

I do indeed recall that one of the pics I linked was supposed to be Borba drawing a minor getting raped, so I will believe it! I mean, on the one hand, Nick is displaying signs of manipulative, clingy, abusive behavior. Petition to Rename.

While many accused the comic of taking an "anti-abortion" stance, Borba has denied the comic was written to push a pro-life agenda. On March 17th, , Borba uploaded the first comic in the series to DeviantArt, in which the anthropomorphic rabbit character Judy Hopps discovers she is with child after using a home pregnancy test shown below. Over the next two months, Borba released an additional 24 pages of the comic on DeviantArt, in which Hopps and the anthropomorphic fox Nick Wilde argue over whether they will keep the baby, with Hopps expressing concerns over the safety of an interspecies birth as well as the effect pregnancy would have on her career. Wilde, argues in favor of keeping the baby, leading to a dramatic break up between the two characters. That day, the comic was featured in an article on the fandom blog Zootopia News Network. Within 24 hours, the tweet gained over 4, likes and 2, retweets. On December 7th, Tumblr [4] user Dismal-Dragon posted a Distracted Boyfriend parody of the comic, in which Wilde looks on Hopps' imagined hybrid rabbit-fox offspring from the comic shown below. She lets him in and, after some small talk, Judy reveals she terminated her pregnancy. Nick begs to be taken back but it's revealed that Judy has moved on and is in a relationship with a vixen called Shay. Nick and Judy argue and Shay is injured in the scuffle. Judy throws Nick out of the apartment demanding he stay out of her life forever. Judy and Shay then fall into a comforting embrace. This style does not follow Western conventions of story-telling and can be quite frustrating to Western readers. It is a slower paced story based upon character actions and reactions with no clear goal and doesn't require a clear resolution at the conclusion. Nothing to do with the song by Patrick Hernandez.

This is all fairly problematic on its own, but there is one thing that this is not helped by: his reaction to criticism, and how he himself moderates things.
