Eddie and Richard are two unemployed losers who constantly find themselves in ridiculous situations. They spend their time watching television, stealing from their neighbors, and trying to come up with get-rich-quick schemes. The two characters are completely mismatched, with Eddie being aggressive, violent and dim-witted and Richard being timid, pretentious and hopeless. The humor comes from the constant bickering and fighting between the two characters, as well as their pathetic attempts to escape their mundane existence.
