Discovered these a few weeks ago and they are perfect. Ive had no problem putting one on and it stays on all night. I often have a blocked nose after swimming which disturbs my sleep but these have solved the problem. Highly recommend. I suffer with my sinuses quite badly and these really help. I use them a couple of times a week for a really good nights sleep without waking up suffering in the morning.
