Despite the place being full, we never waiting more than a couple of mins to be served at the bar, the speed of service was never compromised by quality either, The floor staff kept the venue clean and clear at all times, they were extremely polite when asking anyone to let them through, everybody working that night is a credit to the business. As someone with multiple sclerosis and who uses a walking stick from time to time, I find I need to spend time out side to cool off as I can easily overheat. This is not down to the venue just my illness unfortunately but the door staff would ask me how I was and if I was ok, every time I popped outside. They were very attentive and this was really appreciated, so thank you to the gents on the door that night they were fantastic.
