The roasted pork belly originates from chef B's home city in the Philippines, Cebu, and was revered even by chef Anthony Bourdain for its crunchy golden skin and flavourful meat. Once done roasting, it's stuffed with lemongrass and other herbs and spices, in typical Cebu-style.

I have had ordered from them more than three occasions online. The food delivery packaging was sealed tightly to keep your food secure and safe from pilferage and spillages. The Beef Pochero tastes really good, the broth I expected would taste like beef bouillon but it wasn't. It tastes just right and though there's little corn bits or chickpeas and the sauce is clear instead of tomato-based sauce it's more like beef nilaga I've yet to eat here in person but have been ordering via UberEats.
