I am a Majin ranked Frieza main and I can honestly say that I don't think he needs many buffs. His zoning may be handled by super dash but that is in the lower ranks, in higher ranks, his zoning is an easy 2h bait tool.

On Powerful Opponent, he takes a while before he can make an impact on the battle due to Powerful Opponent having no synergy at all.
