Unfortunately the shelves hadn't been restocked when I was there. The new supplies were in cartons stacked on the floor waiting to be shelved. Went to buy some seeds that they only have in Hastings to be told the system wasn't updated so there were out of stock but expected in 2 weeks. Left store but guy who was helping me found a packet and chased me down in the car park to show me. Definitely 5 star! Put a warranty claim for a customer in the Kitchen department, front desk helpful they called kitchen department but there response said all. Been over a week no email, call on issue, to hard basket to chase up. I would get materials there but not any electrical appliances or materials you cannot take back to shop on time of warranty claim. Person helped me to locate what I needed, bur the checkout operator needs to get a personality check I said Good morning twice just stared at me like I landed from Mars. Horrible staff.
