I switched to a open helmet and do like it but on really cold days I have to tape it up and it has a decent amount of wind noise. It has been six since I bought that and I am starting to do some back pack trips and would like to get a modular for the longer runs. I definitely prefer the Oxygen. Much lighter, better face shield and vision, you can eat or drink if you wish without removing helmet, better chin strap easier to get on and off seems more secure. The only thing I do like better about the BV2S is the fact that you don't have to run a heated shield if you don't want to. We like our Oxygen's more.
