I usually go up to Santa Fe once a week for work and this place has been my recent go to for lunch as the food is amazing and the staff are always so friendly. I tried the Cubano the first time I went and it was delicious! After trying the burger though it definitely ranks as my favorite from anywhere around NM! For my next visit I'm looking forward to trying the Gyro July Carmelita's makes and I might add, a delicious burger and fries and it's worth every nickel spent there. They are a delightful, talented food-wise crew and cannot recommend them highly enough. July My family and I went to this El Dorado restaraunt today for the first time to have lunch there, I had a mushroom burger with grilled onions and swiss cheese. My son had a Gyro sandwich and my wife had the Cubano sandwich. Everything was so great tasting.
