Helps to jump-start most 12V vehicles without the need for another vehicle. Crappy quality.. I would've expected better quality from a brand name like Caterpillar, but it's a good thing Costco has a good return policy in cases like this. My dad has been through 5 of these and it's a headache. They are terrible and was also purchased at Costco.
