This was later confirmed by them the next day when their system received our booking. Otherwise great hotel but just out side of the real Sultanhamet tourist area. Everything about this hotel was wonderful, particularly the incredibly helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make any necessary bookings and recommendations for tours, dinners and whatever else we wished to see or do. It is spotless, the breakfasts are superb and it is very conveniently located in the Old City.
