Staff is knowledgeable. French fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. Most meals can be made gluten free. Wide selection of gf items. Gf pizza and cheeseburger especially delicious. There were a few GF options on the menu - went with the pizza with garlic which was pretty good. The food was so tasty… But I reacted every time I went.

I was able to order a meal and a dessert which is very rare for me, and I had absolutely no issues! The staff was very kind and accommodating and the food was great. I had the brisket sandwich, the bun held up very nicely and the brisket was super tender. I also had the brownie sundae for dessert which tasted great as well and gave me no issues! I would love to go back. Owner has celiac, so no cross contamination concerns. GF was awesome!! Chimney rock is ok if you order in person or call to order.

Most recently at the bar where the staff was great, they knew I had the buffalo chicken salad which was appropriately sized, not too hot I could have gone hotter , grilled chicken, and came with dressing that did not drown out the flavors. A solid experience. On prior visits to the dining areas, we never felt rushed, servers were friendly and helpful. Some variation in attentiveness but no real issues. Food was always good from burgers to salads.
