The main purpose of this study was to create an organized system and procedures for the website maintenance of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba which was hoped to be helpful to the Corporate Communications and Planning Department CCPD of the Colegio. To create this system and procedures, the current problems and needs of the CCPD were first analyzed through the use of survey questionnaires distributed to the different administrators and staff of the Colegio. The survey questionnaires included statements about the current website and website maintenance system wherein the respondents were asked to rate them using an 8-point Likert Scale. The staff from CCPD involved in the website maintenance was also interviewed.
