Monday, September 18th, PM. Seems to be a common issue, but it's hitting me now as well. Try logging in first, then checking email and it loops. Same result every single time. It's obvious at this point that it's something beyond the normal steps. So just need some assistance. Official Solution.

Tuesday, January 23rd, AM. I am unable to receive mail on my phone or in Outlook. In both cases the devices are not able to connect to the imap server. The password for all accounts are current and are in the apps and devices. I am getting an error message on my phone that Comcast is not available and on my PC that is trying to get email through Outlook it just keeps asking to input the password over and over. You have an imap problem. I need my email. We'd be happy to troubleshoot further.

Wednesday, January 18th, PM. I received what I'm sure is a fraudulent e-mail from someone claiming to be Xfinity. I wanted to report it but the Report Online Security Issue feature is broken in chat, so I'm posting it here. I didn't click any links, but I worry that others might.
