We've used Cordura nylon on the outside of the hand warmer pouch, functioning as a windbreaking outer shell. On the inside is a removable, double-layer polar fleece liner. The liner is very warm. We've also added 2 D-Ring attachment points to the top of the hand warmer pouch, so it can be clipped onto a belt if desired.
