It happened after shutting down my PC and unplugged my video card which is RX to re add thermal paste. After doing it , I reinstalled the video card. Then the PC started and then restart after 2 seconds. It did this 3 times then 3 short slow beeps. A red light is on on the Asrock h87 motherboard. The board has 2 bios 1 and 2 with a jumper to a recover. I tried unplugging the video card again and tried without video card out but I've got the same 3 beeps and restarts. I have 3 RAM cards which were working great a second before plugging out the video card ,but I pulled them all and cleaned them and tried one by one with no luck. Same beeps and restarts. I tried to clear the CMOS with no luck. I replaced CMOS battery but still same.

Level 1. Try doing this in memory slot B as well if it doesn't work when each module has been tried in slot A, in case it is a memory slot problem and not a memory module problem. I replaced ram and cpu and still no display. Thank you. If I insert it in memory slot B it doesn't beep anymore but still no display and also no beep when I have 2 inserted.

If so re-seating the ram modules seems to have fixed the 3 beep error code on startup. Check for a faulty memory module by trying the memory in a known good system. I have tested on 4 different monitors but stil no display and tested with and without gpu. If the re-inserted memory causes the beeps to reappear your best bet is to replace it. Try using memory modules from the same manufacturer with the same part number and speed.
