The Crown, on Great Horton Road, which is owned by Greene King, had a kitchen refit late last year after a fire gutted parts of the pub. But the new investment has seen changes to the bar and outside areas, as well as a menu update. Its alfresco dining patio area has also been improved, ready for the summer months. A spokesperson said the refurbishment was part of a wider movement by Greene King to improve their pubs across the country.
