MSC Cruises denied all the allegations in court, and the case was dismissed without prejudice in September. A spokesperson for the company said in a statement to Business Insider: "The safety of our passengers and crew is our number one priority and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any kind of assault against a passenger or crew member. We offer support to victims, comply with all regional requirements to report incidents to the appropriate authorities, and assist fully with their investigations.
