I visited this showroom last week after an exhausting search for the perfect tile for my Master Bathroom. Entitled service rep who obviously didn't want my biz. He stated that I needed an account to order from the showroom. I asked what is required to open an account. A credit check, blah blah. I told Huge mistake. Within 3 months it was chipping.
